Page-Grouped Tour Steps
Group tour steps by page to make large tours easier to organise. This enables simpler rearrangement, clearer structure, and page-level settings for more efficient editing.
#Improvement#Tours - 1
Duplicate Tours
Ability to duplicate tours including all steps and settings

Analytics (Identity, MAU Tracking & Reporting)
Foundational analytics for Flook, including user/account identity, Monthly Active User tracking, and basic reporting on widget and tour performance. This will allow customers to understand who is seeing their content, how often it’s being used, and how far users progress through tours. Forms the base for future personalisation and segmentation.
#Improvement#New Feature - 6
Audience Targeting / Segmentation
Show different tours/widgets to different user groups based on behaviour, identity, or custom attributes.
#New Feature - 1
Versioning & Drafts
Work on edits privately while your live content keeps running. Publish changes when ready.
#Improvement - 1
Launch Rules Upgrade
More powerful control over when tours and widgets appear — including “once per user”, “on click”, “scheduled”, “custom code”, and context-aware rules.

Add Google Fonts
I'd like to add Google Fonts to the typeface options so that I can match the design of my app. It's a little weird to have a different font in the tooltips than the rest of the page/app.
#New Feature - 5
Tooltip Templates
Having various templates would make things much faster, and also give me inspiration to start from.
#New Feature - 22
Onboarding Checklist Widget
Simple onboarding checklist for customers to complete tasks when signing up.

Temporary Suspend for Element Picker (Hotkey)
Add a keyboard shortcut that pauses the element picker so users can interact with the underlying page without losing their current selection workflow.
#Improvement#New Feature#Tours - 2
Event Triggers
Trigger tours or widgets when a user performs an action (clicks a button, types in a field, submits a form, etc.). Perfect for task-based onboarding flows and contextual guidance.
#New Feature#Tours#Tooltips - 1
Launchpad
A floating, Spotlight-style launcher that helps users find content instantly. Flook creators will be able to add tours to a searchable menu triggered by a click or CTRL+K.
#New Feature#Tours - 1
Improved CSS Selector Engine
Better stability when the DOM shifts (sticky headers, dynamic components, etc.). Users will be able to re-select elements, add backup selectors, and handle text-nodes more reliably.

Launch Tours from Tooltip & Highlight Buttons
Enable buttons inside tooltips and highlights to trigger a specific tour. Ideal for contextual entry points, branching flows, and linking lightweight widgets to full guided tours.
#Improvement#Tours - 2
Custom Button Text for Tours
Tailor your tour buttons to match your product’s tone and UX. Instead of default labels like “Next” or “Done”, you’ll be able to customise the text on each step.
#Improvement#Tours - 1
Dynamic URL Templating
Automatically detect and match dynamic SaaS URLs (e.g. containing IDs or hashes) so tours and widgets show on the right pages — without creators needing to understand URL patterns.
#New Feature#Tours#Tooltips - 4
Popup and banner widgets
New widget types to choose from Popup: more of a modal window style widget Banner: widget that appears at the top/bottom of the screen

Beta / New Tags (Badges)
I'm constantly asking my delveloper to update our pricing page an menu items with tags to alery users to new features like in the attached image. I'd love to be able to do this without their help.

Buttons in tooltips
It would be useful to add a call to action button (close tip, open URL, etc.) to a tooltip
#New Feature - 4
Widget builder
A simple UI to allow users to construct widgets out of content blocks: headings, body text, buttons and media
#New Feature - 9
Image based tool tips
Ability to have just an image as a tool tip like attached.
#New Feature - 6
Highlight widget
Sometimes I just want to highlight a single new feature that the user can dismiss once they have seen. Not as complex as a tour. Like a tooltip but it is initiated by Flook, not the user.
#New Feature - 2
Ability to delete Themes
I seem to be creating quite a few themes, and I'm loosing track a bit!
#Improvement - 1
Embed Blocks
Add YouTube videos, Looms, tweets, GIFs, and custom HTML directly inside widgets to bring your content to life.
#Improvement#New Feature#Tooltips - 4
Wildcard support instead of having to manually add subdomains to companies
my app is multi-tenant, so each account gets a new unqiue subdomain, such as kyle.xyz.com. currently I would have to manually add a new record to the company for each subdomain. If we were using this for tours, users on the kyle.xyz.com subdomain wouldn't see tours until someone manually added their subdomain to the company. Would be much better to just be able to add *.xyz.com for the company domain and it would automatically show on all subdomains.
#Improvement#Tours#Tooltips - 3
Duplicate Theme
I can duplicate the standard Light and Dark themes, but not themes that I have built myself.
#Styling - 4
Theme Editor
Ability to easily style the widgets as well as switch between various themes.
- 1
Duplicate Tooltip
This would increase my productivity 10 fold. I would like it to save all setting exactly from the current tip, and all I have to do is find a new container to attach it to.
